All sales are final. Wigs cannot be exchanged or returned due to sanitary issues with hair. Orders began process as soon as it is placed and because of this ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If there is a problem with your order, we can fix it. Please see measuring guide to assist with head measurements. 

There is a strict no refund policy! You have 3 days after receiving the unit to get any corrections made on the units or express any concerns. Any units sent and requested for the lace to be cut are final sale! If the unit has been altered I cannot work on it. If something is wrong please contact me via email (Allavi.knox@gmail.com) or through my Facebook business page All Sewn Up By Avi. If by chance we do a return there is a restocking fee! Before checkout please make sure that you have chosen the right things in your cart, make sure the measurements and part you would like is correct, and also make sure that the shipping address is correct! We are not responsible for incorrect measurements. If you do not send in your measurements within the time frame, your wig will be made with the average measurements. If you have a 23-24"+ circumference, we recommend that you order an extra bundle! For all 613: they come the standard 613 color may have a yellow undertone. If you would like it toned that is an extra color service! Upon checking out, you consent that you have read this and understand this policy. The full turn around time is 10-21 business days! Please allow 10-21 business days for your order to ship. You do understand the differences in hair origins and the maintenance especially with colored units. Sezzle,Klarna,and Shop pay does add a slight 3 day delay to shipping. International shipping times vary depending on each country's customs clearance and local Postal Service. All Sewn Up By Avi does not guarantee International shipping times. All shipping times are average estimates only. For fastest delivery it is highly recommended to upgrade to Express shipping, even Priority can be slow at times. SEZZLE,KLARNA AND SHOP PAY CANNOT BE USED FOR ORDERS UNDER $225.00 YOU WILL BE REFUNDED.
